Job Description

Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a well-established manufacturer of material handling equipment who are looking to add a new Warehouse Automation specialist to provide both support and business development to its sales team focusing on mobile solutions to include AMR’s& AGV’s. With a competitive package and good long term prospects this is a great opportunity for an experienced automation/robotics specialist to thrive in a role with a market leading organisation.

Responsibilities

· Supporting the existing sales team by attending customer meetings with sales professionals and providing knowledge on mobile automation systems

· Develop business on a national basis by working with end user’s, integrator’s and third party providers

· Be a product specialist in relation to automated pallet handling solutions, AGV’s & AMR’s

· Provide simulations with customers in order to aid in winning new business on various size projects travelling nationally

Requirements

The successful candidate will be a project sales focused professional from within the automation sector. It is essential that you will be a product specialist in relation to mobile automation and ideally have strong experience of AGV’s and AMR’s. However, this is not essential and our client is open to professionals from other automation related products to include conveyor and sortation systems. The company are seeking an individual who can seek new business successfully and require someone to be highly consultative in order to win large projects. The role also requires travel across the South of England and Midlands area so an individual residing in these parts of the country is highly preferable.
