Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a well-established, expanding material handling & powered access company looking to recruit a new field-based service engineer to service their client base across Northamptonshire and nationally. With a competitive salary & overtime opportunity plus numerous other benefits, this is a great opportunity for an experienced powered access engineer interested in a new role.
Responsibilities
- Servicing access equipment for businesses around Northamptonshire and across the UK
- Carrying out preventative maintenance and product installations
- Developing an strong understanding of the company’s product range, carrying out manufacturer training when required
- Reporting to the Service Manager to ensure all equipment servicing is carried out efficiently
- Coordinating with the customers, resolving any queries to the customers’ satisfaction
Requirements
The company have a preference for an individual from a powered access background ideally with experience of working in field service. You will be able to work well on your own with your own initiative and have good customer facing skills. Ultimately, the company are after an individual with the right attitude and work ethic. In terms of location, you can be based anywhere around the Northamptonshire area and nationally.
