Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a well-established supplier of various types of industrial solutions including loading bay solutions, industrial doors and other industrial equipment. They are looking to bring on a Project Coordinator to cover projects across the UK. Responsibilities
- Overseeing projects of various sizes and values to fit customers’ requirements for industrial doors, loading bays and other industrial products
- Working closely with both the sales and technical teams to ensure that all projects are viable
- Ensuring both risk management and health & safety are adhered to on all projects overseen
- Ordering and scheduling the deliver of parts, equipment and labour
- Communicating with clients and internal management with regular updates on the progress of projects
- Visiting customer sites across the UK as and when required
Requirements
The company are looking for candidates who have experience of managing/overseeing projects involving industrial doors. It would also be preferrable that you have worked on projects that involve other industrial warehouse products. It is also essential that you have a strong understanding of on-site health & safety and ideally have a NEBOSH or IOSH qualification. You must also have experience of using project management software and ideally hold a project management qualification. In terms of location, the ideally location would be in Kent or the surrounding areas as there would be requirements to go the company’s office. They would also consider candidates further afield provided the understand they will need to go to the office from time to time. You will also have to hold a full UK driver’s license as you will have to travel to customer sites nationally.
