Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a leading supplier of various racking and storage solutions looking to recruit a new Project Manager to effectively manage and coordinate their warehouse projects across the Yorkshire and other areas of the UK. Responsibilities
· Managing projects of various sizes and values to fit customers’ requirements for racking, mezzanine flooring, partitioning and related products
· Creating project plans to fit with the expectations of the company’s clients; liaising with them throughout the duration of the project
· Overseeing cost management and working with the Installations team to maximize the efficiency of project completion
· Carrying out site surveys and completing installation drawings
· Visiting sites regularly to liaise with site managers
Requirements
The company are looking for an individual with experience of project management within the racking, mezzanine, partitioning or shopfitting industries. Due to the requirements of the role, you must hold a full UK driver’s license as you will be expected to travel to customer sites a few times per week and to the company’s depot in Yorkshire. In terms of location, you will ideally be based in Yorkshire or within a commutable distance of Yorkshire as there will be some requirements in the office.
