Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with an innovative provider of warehouse robotics products seeking a new Solutions Engineer to work nationally by supporting the sales team in providing AMR solutions. With excellent potential within a worldwide industry leading company, this is a great opportunity for a driven and experienced individual.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the sales team in providing the optimal robotics solutions for client’s requirements
- Conducting data analysis and providing clients with CAD designs based on their requirements
- Working closely with the internal project and product teams to ensure each project runs through to completion efficiently
- Proving advice to customer based on your experience and knowledge for the products and the industry as a whole
- Developing a high level of understanding for the company’s product range and uses
Requirements
The company are looking for an individual with experience within the warehouse automation industry as a solutions engineer however this is not essential. They would also consider applicants with an understanding of robotics, warehouse logistics and experience using autoCAD and Microsoft Projects. Having exceptional communication skills is a must as you will be dealing with customers on a daily basis and will be the face of the company when doing so. In terms of location, the role is national so there will be an expectation to travel to customer sites when necessary so they are open on applicants UK wide.

Relatively new to the UK market, our client is an innovative and fast-growing provider of Warehouse Robotic solutions. Their range of AMR products with strong picking efficiency and their ability to form strong partnerships with other Warehouse & Logistics providers has enabled them to expand quickly and work with various retailer’s and 3PL’s among other customers. Due to this fast expansion, the company are now seeking further solutions engineers to build on this.
